As I said recently, is it worth listing pictures from movies just made out of series episodes pasted together ? ![]() -- Last edit: 2008-04-18 21:27:25 |

I haven't seen anything said recently? It is listed on the IMDB as a movie and was released as an individual Movie, even though it's made up of bits from various episodes. Exactly How many movies are made up from tv shows? are we being over-run by them? I don't think so. And how many more movies are there made from tv episodes? I doubt there's many. As far as I know this is the 4th movie on the site made from tv episodes (there maybe a couple more) Others so far:- 1- Mission: Monte Carlo (from Persuaders tv series) 2- Mission Impossible vs. the Mob (from Mission impossible tv series) 3- Invasion: UFO (from gerry anderson's UFO series) ..oh I forgot, I also listed long ago some 'Man from Uncle' movies, which you later placed into the 'man from uncle' tv-series (check the comments from gag halfrunt quote: "Every two-part episodes of this series was re-edited for theatrical release in Europe. Each of these films include scenes filmed especially for theaters, often including additional violence or innuendo, while the TV versions also include scenes not released theatrically. These movies are listed separately in the IMDb" ..so those movies I listed have been wiped off the site and now need to be done again.! ![]() |

IMDB lists them separately because for them it is not much a problem since they do not really have the same structure than us with pics etc. They list movies, and these editions are considered as different movies. But for what we do, listing car scenes, it is the same scene just "sold" differently. It is the same problem with scenes reused in several movies, or video clips which use movie images. I do not remember having wiped anything ![]() But it had no pic, just car pages. And all these cars had their pics on the two individual movie pages. |

This is THE big noodle. Absolutely amazing project. I was looking for a streaming movie link. Got side-tracked here. Beautiful work. Great co-operative effort. Ya'll deserve a pat-on-the-back and a big trophy. YES, it is worth it! There's not much listed under The Green Hornet. If you hadn't listed it twice, the new guy (that's me), would have never found the site. Or you should at least list the movie and link to the included episodes. This is an awesome collection for this movie! -- Last edit: 2009-03-27 11:19:15 |

Of course the page for the movie would still exist, I was meaning not listing the cars twice. Like what was done for Grindhouse: if you search for it, you find it, despite that no car are directly listed on its page. And if some are missing on the other page, it is still possible to add them there. -- Last edit: 2009-03-27 12:16:37 |
