DidierF ◊ 2015-02-17 01:52	Le premier chef-d’œuvre d'Henri-George Clouzot, Clouzot a tout fait ici : il a pris un roman de S-A Steeman dans lequel il a injecté un personnage de Steeman qui n'était pas de ce roman-là, "monsieur Wens", qu'il a associé à Mila Malou, une création de Clouzot pour sa précédente adaptation de Steeman, Le dernier des six. Il a tout fait ou presque, puisque la photo est de Thirard, les décors d'Andrejew et la musique de Maurice Yvain. Et que seraient son scénario touffu et ses dialogues denses sans les acteurs pour les faire vivre ? Pierre Fresnay, Suzy Delair, Jean Tissier, Noël Roquevert, Pierre Larquey, et Odette Talazac (Madame Point), René Génin, Raymond Bussières,Balpêtré, Léon Bélières, Maximilienne, Gabriello, Sylvette Saugé (la poule), et Huguette Vivier (l'infirmière qui aime le satin) : My favourite goof: … the shadow of the microphone and its perch on the wall (and Florencie as the chief inspector).
