I think it's actually the Champs-Elysées in the upper part close to the Place de l'Etoile (between F.D.Roosevelt Metro station and Place de l'Etoile).

My family and I used very often this train from Bordeaux to Saint-Jean de Luz, or to Paris in the early 60's.
