"For documentaries and other non-fiction TV, it must have an interest for the site and somewhat a link to cars (i.e. avoid listing a documentary where you simply see shots made in the street with normal traffic cars)." Not sure I see a connection to the site. From FAQs: "Here are some points to help determine if it may be accepted: ◦Original footage ◦DVD release ◦Listed on IMDb ◦Vehicles with a Role (i.e. not just random traffic) ◦Reference interest (uncommon vehicles)" I don't see any Vehicles with a Role |

@Kudos - Sorry for the delay. Since these documentaries are not common, and there were no vehicles with roles, the only reason to keep this documentary was it has some rare vehicles in it. I only kept the vehicles with less than a page of entries (wasn't sure about the Vauxhall). The rest are common and can be placed in the comments. |

I'm glad this got through - an interesting film which I had no idea existed until it was posted. So ![]() ![]() |

Why did you delete such cars ? |
◊ 2016-04-02 20:17 |
Because documentaries are not supposed to have common background cars. Each of these have multiple pages listed. |

Thanks for clearing this page up, night cub. Much of this film focuses on my local area, so perhaps I was rather biased on deciding whether or not it would be interesting enough to contribute. The rejected vehicles are: a Ford Escort MkI with an August 1969 - July 1970 'H' suffix plate on Douglas Main Street; a Ford Capri MkI with an August 1973 - July 1974 'M' suffix plate turning from Lanark High Street onto Bannatyne Street; an 'unknown' Mini at an unknown location, possibly Airdrie or Coatbridge; a Massey-bodied Leyland Titan PD2 operating for Baxter's of Airdrie, again at an unknown location, and what looks to be a Commer van at Culter House, Coulter. |

^ Mini is ordinary Austin or Morris Mk1 Super Deluxe with handlebar bumpers and 64 B or 66 D plate. Capri is very late pre-facelift Mk1 GT. Maybe the Leyland Titan PD2 deserves a page for local interest?? Time was 12:15 - commentary says Airdrie and Coatbridge, and it immediately follows a flashed up street sign for Burgh of Coatbridge. |

On the subject of Baxter's, this would be a very interesting add if anyone would be willing to take it on. |

^ I'd support its inclusion - we've taken other NLS compilations. But I'm not volunteering - partly because I can never get rid of onscreen logos/arrows/other guff which NLS dump on to it. |
