BFi/British Transport Films Volume 7: The Age of the Train 2-DVD set.

Probably an internal training PR film or maybe shown in schools, it's far too boring and tedious to show to a cinema audience. Which may explain why no entry on imdb, but it's a real recognised film and can be seen here if you really really like this sort of thing.
