It's probably a case where leftover footage is spliced with new footage of the 707 and contemporarily clad American travellers.

In 1959 all these Japanese cars were scrapped or at best sold as cheap second-hand cars and were hardly seen in circulation. Instead Toyopet Crowns, Datsun 210s were flooding the roads. One of the countries with the lowest car life expectancy at that time.
