 Does "Vehkeet" mean something like "mixed-up" in Finnish?

 I think the closest translation of the movie name could be "Sergeant 1st class Körmy and the underwater equipment". I think "equipment" here is the best translation for "vehkeet", because both share double meaning of male genitalia. ;)
