You know you're old when you remember being around when Christian Slater was an A-list Hollywood star. Anyway, I knew this movie wasn't going to be any fun when the dreadful opening credits sequence just wouldn't end! The movie never recovered from that and turned out to be a very clumsy, often dreary movie with no sense of pacing or timing or any idea of what it wanted to be, and with some of the most uninspired acting I've seen in a long time, but I guess that was to be expected when all the actors had to work with were cardboard cutouts instead of characters. A waste.

Upgraded to HD which was a chore with all the odd original choices for main pics, wrong ratings and missing vehicles. I added a bunch of the latter, and here are some more vehicles:

Unfortunately, she's not an asset here, but it's not her fault. She was underage at the time of filming which made the interminable opening titles sequence a deucedly uncomfortable watch, and her entire plotline was thoroughly redundant and dreary and stopped the movie dead in its tracks every time it returned to it.

she had a better role in Parker Lewis Can't Lose pilot

if you haven't seen this show you should really have a look, totally surreal unique wacky high school comedy :)

 ^ Mary Ellen Trainor (one of Kuffs' officers) is also in it. I only watched the first nine minutes of the pilot and the concept reminded me a great deal of "Scrubs" which means only one thing: I must tune in! Thanks for the tip!
