 That's a 2004+ Mexican Ford F-250 Regular Cab XL of the Tijuana Police Department (they only use Regular Cab trucks).

 Wow, we've got two Olsmobile Cutlass sedans that are still listed as partially unknowns. Nobody has any doubts that they're Cutlasses, so what's up?
