humungus ◊ 2023-10-27 23:23	“Freud is a difficult reading.” Here you have the always reliable William Hurt and the divine-looking Juliette Binoche, and yet both are eclipsed every step of the way by Hurt's adorable dog. W.C. Fields certainly knew what he was saying. Another movie that gives HD a bad name, looking like an upscaled dvd rip. On top of that, Hurt and Binoche only use a handful of taxis, all the other vehicles are backgroundmobiles in various stages of blurriness. I don't like it at all. You can delete any vehicles you like, or the entire movie for that matter. Some additional Manhattan backgroundmobiles, including an ice cream van:
