 Where filmed? It doesn't look like the US.
Edit: Ireland. I'm surprised people would film movies there at that time, as the Troubles were still boiling on at that time.

@Gamer: The Troubles were in Northern Ireland, not the Republic. And the Repuplic of Ireland has offered tax incentives for film production for many years.
