No it's not awesome jettalover this movie looks terrible and the Mustang equally terrible. I can't stand this CGI. If you can't make it look exactly like a real ape then don't do it! CGI used minimally is tolerable if it's not a main focus but this?? God James Franco and John Lithgow are better than this! At least there's a Delica Star Wagon. |

So two more hours of lifetime, you have saved, when you don't watch it, correct? |

I'm not a fan of CGI either (that's how I lost interest in later Star Wars), I feel it is overused and I prefer the traditional organic-look approach when it comes to makeup, characters and films. I was thrilled to see a new Apes' film was out, but was disappointed by the lack of any "real" apes or "guys in ape suits" throughout the film. However, I saw it just yesterday and I thought it was pretty good. There was a lot of CGI, but it was done really well and had careful attention to detail. I'd like to see some more real car crashes and explosions in films these days, but character/animal CGI like this has come a long way. ![]() |

The main character used a weary nice looking Jeep Wagoneer through the whole movie st should get 4 stars |

Well thats thoroughly covered the whole film with as many background vehicles as i thought were worth listing and were visible enough. |

Does anyone know if the Golden Gate Bridge set is the same one from X-Men 3? I know for X3 they recreated the bridge in a soundstage in Canada instead of filming at the actual Golden Gate. |
