 Movie is 1998...not 1997.

 Actually, it's 1997. IMDB is wrong. The end credits say 1997, and it first appeared on cable TV channels in the USA around September/October 1997.

 CAR CHASES -

1. Ford CL-9000 vs. "U.S. Govt" cars (Chevrolet Impala, Dodge 600, Dodge Diplomat, Lincoln Town Car) and other cars.

2. Chevrolet Chevelle vs. black SUVs (Chevrolet & GMC Suburban).

2A. Chevrolet Chevelle vs Winnebago Chieftain. Very short chase, happens right after the previous one.

3. Porsche 911 vs. black SUVs and other cars.



CAR CRASHES -

1. "U.S. Govt" cars, Chevy Monte Carlo, '79 Accord, '82 Cutlass, Cadillac Seville, Ford CL-9000 (two of them).

2. '80 Cutlass, Renault Encore, '82 Escort, Toyota Corolla Tercel, black SUVs.

2A. Winnebago Chieftain.

 looked up at the Movie's release, and I saw about the TV release and Video premiere.

USA 17 April 1998 (TV premiere)
USA 23 June 1998 (video premiere)

So I have no idea to why It's 1997 instead of 1998...
