“A bad hand? I didn't even get cards, okay?”

Set and filmed in Canada.

This would qualify for a [*][*] vehicle, but I find it too small:

That Oldsmobile Bravada might be worth a page. Two star vehicle is a 1994-96 Chrysler New Yorker/LHS

^ I submitted the Oldsmobile as the search returned only two pages of it on the site.

The 'Bravada' is a Blazer, but the red Acura Vigor (backgroundmobile #4) is even rarer.

Locomotive:
Barrie-Collingwood Railway (BCRY) operates between its two namesake towns in southern Ontario; #1001 is their only locomotive: an EMD Phase III GP9 built in 1958 originally for the Baltimore & Ohio: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/locoPicture.aspx?id=72219
