 To me, it was not horrible. Many scenes were just a bit too ridiculous and probably not meant to be taken seriously.
It is a case from Münster...

 Thank you! Time and again for the last 20 years I've tried to watch an entire episode of the "Münster-Tatort" series, but I could never stomach more than 20, 30 minutes. Axel Prahl is a capable actor, but each time the other guy and his mannerisms spoilt it for me. I was even once told by a police officer that this installment and the episodes with T. Schweiger were an insult to the police force.
