 according to what i found, pilot was filmed in Mexico City & everything else in Dallas

 Nope, it was 2011 when I put it up there. I don't think this series has gone all the way to 2019, but that's what IMDB says.

As far as the filming location, a website called "Broadway World" claims it was filmed in Morocco, Mexico, Spain, and Colombia.
