The 1948 Central Office of Information film (Duration 11min 09 seconds. Director Michael Law, Mr A - Richard Massingham Mr B - Russell Waters) which provided footage for this 2013 music video - Public Service Broadcasting: Late Night Final. No imdb reference, but the 1948 film is here and details of Richard Massingham

 Now has imdb reference. Have put better quality main picture in for the Leyland from DVD, but left the rest as nothing to gain. Also found on How to be Eccentric: The Films of Richard Massingham BFI compilation DVD.
