"The UK gets its own PR campaign: science and technology, landscape and literature, politics and royalty, farming and football." Interesting Government Britain-is-really-exciting film - a predictable genre and some formulaic optimistic messages about how eg nuclear power is going to solve everything, but takes some interesting twists and avoids the usual over-fixation on London as the hub of everything.

Some lorries on Cardiff roundabout - the yellow is Bedford S artic (but something like a brick lorry rather than Shell tanker which was my 1st glance), plus BMC FF and a Commer (?) tipper:
