I thought I'd found them all, but it looks like I hadn't! Soviet short film about a black man who gets shot by a white sheriff and receives a brain transplant from the sheriff's racist brain in order to save his life. Most probably filmed in the Latvian SSR as all actors are either Latvian or Lithuanian aside from the main character, played by Bob Tsimba, who also appeared in several other black roles in Soviet films. |

If the scene with the MAZ tanker is consistent with the remaining scenes in this film, then it was filmed in Lithuania. That building in the background is located in Palanga (an older picture from 1983). It used to be a popular holiday complex back in its day, though I think that particular building (the tallest one) has long been transformed into a shabby-looking apartment building these days. |
