It's probably that South-American artist. But if he doesn't have a Wikipedia page the song won't have one either, so already doesn't comply with our regulations. |

tried also wiki in spanish ( even if i don't speak the language ) , there is some references to him but no official page either |

I found one video (Soy Peor, that featured a Mustang) that has over 375 million views, so I wouldn't discount him for not having a Wiki page. He's obviously popular in Spanish-speaking countries. |
