![]() Hinsehäxan translates to "The Hinseberg Witch", Hinseberg is the largest prison for women in Sweden. Set in the 1960s to the 1970s, the movie is based on the book Hinsehäxan (2005), Lillemor Östlin's autobiography. Östlin (b. 1940) is the woman who has served the most time in Swedish prison. At the same time she operated as a criminal in the 60s and 70s she was also Minister of Justice Lennart Geijer's lover for ten years. She managed to escape Hinseberg three times. Östlin got her latest prison sentence in 2013. Still going strong, huh? -- Last edit: 2016-11-15 03:03:48 |

There is a chase in the beginning of the first episode. The main character's motorcycle is chased by the Volvo 164 before getting caught in a road block. The chase is filmed in very shaky POV. |

I bought some winter tires from a guy outside Kungälv a couple of years ago. He showed me his grey 1964 Volvo PV 544. He told me that the car was acting as background vehicle in this movie. Did you see it? |

There are a lot of background cars in the street scenes. Bad thing is they're not showing to much. Guess they wanted to avoid filming modern street signs and backgrounds. |
