Is it "haava" instead of havva? In my nine years of Estonian I haven't met that word yet. |

Its from southern estonian(Võru) dialect. Today its not used much. "Süva" is sügav, deep, "havva" is haud või auk, grave or pit. Short clip if you want to hear how it sounds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KItRTRjqACc |

Ah yes, I'm not so versed on Estonian dialects such as Võro or Setu. That makes more sense |
