“Oh, how can you pal around with me and still stay so dumb?”

Average romantic claptrap, notable mainly for the debut movie appearance of Fred Astaire who dances a bit with Joan Crawford.

Isn't this the one with Ted Healy and the Three Stooges in minor role?

^ They are in it, yes. Healy's role is quite substantial and most of his scenes are with Clark Gable. The Stooges have very little to do, but Curly is a hoot all the same. Larry is seen working on a puzzle at various times, but the scene where he discovers in disgust that it's a picture of a certain Austrian-born German was cut.
