Shada was filmed in 1979 but left unfinished because of an actors' strike. It was released on video in 1992, with narration by Tom Baker covering the gaps. (Information from the IMDB entry,) |

Most of this Doctor Who story that was written by freaking Douglas Adams was actually filmed in 1979 and was going to be the final story of the 17th season of the classic series but a strike by the production unions of the BBC prevented this story from being fully finished  |
