 As Jun could confirm,exists also a 1972 circa TV-animated series with same title(the vehicle used by Gekkò Kamen resembles a sort of torpedo-shaped bike)

 Tell me, Why did Japan have so many Chevy Styleline Police cars. Were they imported and used when MacArthur ruled from 1945-1952. explain it to me like I'm a five year old. :??:

These Chevy police car were actually exist, but those were secondhand from United States Forces Japan.
Retired Chevy were sold to Japanese police and were used from late '50's.
Most of them were '48-'51 Styleline 4-door model, but few Fleetline and 2-door model were exist.
