...I wonder why there is a Peugeot 402 in this american movie?... is the scene in USA? |

I really don't know where it was shot. The movie is listed as USA but it is set in England. I would expect that most vehicles are european. There is a whole series of these movies made in the late 1930's. I have 6 of them. Its very difficult to get any decent pictures from them as all are fuzzy, dark and most scenes are at night. |

Six are available pretty cheap in a 50 movie pack "50 movie pack, mystery Classics" by Treeline Films you can find them on amazon. Unfortunately, no subtitles and are probably not available in european format. The movies are not restored and are just copies on DVD of rather fuzzy old movies. They are fun to watch -I like old movies, the older the better. -- Last edit: 2006-03-16 00:41:07 |
