Garson Kanin's (?) movie, is said to be the last valuable film made by John Barrymore before alcohol took its ultimate toll.

It's a short long feature (a mere hour) set in 1923, and built around a politica campaign, with amusing premisses.

Unfortunately, there are big parts for acting kids,
