That's not far from where I live; I took a photo from about the same spot:

In the movie they added the incineration plant in the middle of the buildings; in reality it is much further on the left, hidden by the trees from that point of view.

Two years ago they made a park there, but the abandoned/burned small train control building is still there; previously there were train tracks there as seen in this side-by-side aerial view comparison between 1971 and 2014:
