Scenes set in Northern France are actually filmed a little too in the North, as they were filmed in Belgium |

A rather hilly North of France. Most scenes were shot in Huy, in the eastern part of Belgium. Link to "www.bbc.co.uk" |

ep 1.04: not really Lille That's the South Station of Brussels: Link to "www.google.be" They simply added French flags: the Thalys passing there works for the scene, as it normally passes by Brussels and Lille: Later we see again the Cité Modèle from Brussels, already seen here: /vehicle.php?id=985335 playing the role of Paris Link to "www.google.be" |

The Iraq scenes in season 2 were filmed in Morocco. I think some of the Swiss scenes are real Switzerland but everything else is Belgium. |

ep 2.04: A Volvo specialist garage, set in Germany... and just after that a TEC bus passes in front of the camera: TEC is the public bus company in Wallonia region of Belgium |

I noticed the TEC bus too. There's a North American spec Volvo 2xx inside the showroom. |

I was suspecting that it was a US version... It matches the "Military sales" of the window Maybe worth to list then? Is the model identifiable? |

You can see the location of the kiosk isn't the same in both pics. In the second one, it's more to the right and to the back, because the concrete blocks behind aren't visible anymore. |
