Set and was supposed to be filmed in Mexico City, but a strike there caused the production to start in Los Angeles. She quit in 1950 because she was still being typecast and wasn't satisfied with the quality of films she was being offered. Plus there were other rising actresses at the time like Lucille Ball, Marilyn Monroe, Julie Newmar, etc. |
