2. Distinctive grille and hood vents, maybe something unusual? - EDIT: 1934 La Fayette, pretty rare
4. Tractor with unique loader attachment
6. 1938 Oldsmobile touring sedan, same year and bodystyle as /vehicle_1811884-Oldsmobile-Six-F-38-1938.html
8. 1946-1948 Plymouth
9. (1940 Plymouth?) coupe and older sedan
12. 1940 Dodge
12-14. 1947 Chevrolet (Stylemaster?) business coupe

2-star surveillance van is a 1938-1939 Ford, the beltline molding is distinctive.
