All right, back to basics now. This is how it's gonna be done: I post the vehicles with roles, and from there they can be added. Don't worry, as this consists of about 90% reality TV footage and is 360p outside of YouTube I won't post backgrounds, except if they're really visible. ![]() Fun fact: Episode 1 first aired on my fifth birthday. -- Last edit: 2016-08-10 14:51:18 |

Episode 1 completed, you can now add the vehicles. Sorry I got sidetracked, I had to cook dinner, get groceries and I still need to write jobseeking emails. Intro: ![]() 1958 DeHavilland Beaver DHC-2 Mk. 1 for IMPDb: ![]() Chicago subway: ![]() Motocross bike which I'm sure will appear in a later episode: ![]() There were also views of cars from the inside, but I don't think you would be able to make a lot out of that. Episode 2 complete, I think I'll do at least one more today, As usual, I avoided background vehicles, except for this buses: ![]() Two stars: ![]() Also two stars: ![]() ![]() Too generic, I guess? ![]() There was also a * blue wagon which I somehow didn't cap and was too generic anyways. Caprice? ![]() Episode 4 complete. Could these trucks be identified? ![]() ![]() Episode 5 complete. One star, but I think it'd be eligible: ![]() Otherwise, there is only this one, but I think it's too generic: ![]() Episode 6 complete. This could be a Chevrolet Colorado? ![]() ![]() Episode 7 complete. This was finally the one with the motocross! Two stars: ![]() ![]() And here are the bikes! First, what I guess is an Easy Rider spoof: ![]() And here the motocross machines: ![]() ![]() ![]() This Yam caught my eye due to its unusual wheel design: ![]() And this KTM gets three stars: ![]() Finished Episode 9! I certainly didn't think I'd watch so many episodes today! These pickups only deserve a page because Buster refers to them - the single cab Ram first caught my eye and I think it's the most uncommon car in the pic. ![]() Bo's car - I think it's too generic. I thought of a 2003-2005 Chevrolet Cavalier, but dismissed it. ![]() I couldn't really get a good angle of this ** Cherokee - could it still be listed? ![]() Episode 10 complete - aside from Bo's car, no ** or more-star cars here. However, I did spot this very interesting little 4x4 under the horse's snout, wonder if it could be identified? Or is it just a boring old Tracker/Samurai sibling? ![]() ...and at the Jackson Hole Hat Co. there is something for ingo ![]() ![]() Episode 11 completed. Generic: ![]() Cadillac which we denounced too generic on the page for Arthur: ![]() The SS "Gigantic" with rock musicians on rocking chairs, rocking horses and a rock, rocking back and forth in a storm! ![]() Episode 12 complete; only this Explorer/Expedition played a two star-role. This was in Colorado. ![]() ![]() Episode 13 complete: no ** or more vehicles, but I originally wanted to add an Econoline-based bus - until I realized only half of the screen was showing, and it's blurry anyways. Episode 16 complete. ![]() ** Episode 17 complete. This yellow hatch looks close enough to be something real: ![]() * Episode 20 complete - now I've done all episodes from 2004, however, Season 1 isn't finished yet. Bo's plane is usually animated, but this time it was live action. Sadly, there was no shot of the registration number. ![]() ![]() Finished Episode 21. And one more for IMPDb: ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2016-08-15 00:41:26 (karoomay) |

I'd also like to note that "Pictures provided by opal" is not quite correct. He merely created the page for me, while I did all the screenshots... |

And the rubbish bin needs emptying, you still haven't tidied your room, you forgot to get any bananas, the chimney needs swept, and it's your turn to clean out the budgerigar cage....... |
◊ 2016-08-10 19:37 |
I hate bananas, we don't have a fireplace or pet bird, I already took out the trash today and my room is always tidy... |

Episode 2: - Bus is a 1995 Flxible 40102-4D Metro 'E'. - Not sure about the E-Series Van. Episode 5: - Appears to be a Utilimaster Aeromaster. Episode 6: - More a 1988+ Silverado, possibly a Z-71. Episode 7: - Van is a 1996+ Chevrolet Astro. Episode 9: - Taillight makes it a pre 1997 Cherokee. Any other shots where something else could be seen? Episode 10: - Looks like a 1987-1991 Isuzu Trooper. -- Last edit: 2016-08-15 00:43:09 (karoomay) |

No, that's pretty much all we see of the Cherokee. |

Finished Episode 25. Here, Buster goes to a lowrider meet, so expect a lot of those! First, this * G-Class: ![]() For speedy grandpas ![]() ![]() Wrangler or Land Cruiser? Either way, it has an interesting look to it: ![]() -- Last edit: 2016-08-15 00:38:09 (karoomay) |

Finished Episode 31. This was set in Iqaluit, so I was hoping for some neat Canadian cars, which unfortunately didn't turn up. Could this dash be identified? It's two stars: ![]() |

Finished episode 33 - no vehicles. This was the controversial banned episode where Buster meets a lesbian couple and their kids. |
◊ 2016-08-31 09:47 |
Finished episode 34. Buster has to write a song for a car commercial, so he tries to get some inspiration by looking at cars. Too generic? One star: ![]() -- Last edit: 2016-08-31 11:18:54 (karoomay) |

Finished episode 36. Mr. Morris drives - no, not a Morris - this 1957 Chevy which I initially took for a C-10, and am not so sure about being close enough to the real thing - Elmer?? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1992-98 Buick Skylark - not rare, but I've always liked the looks of it: ![]() Anything to be made of this truck? It's 2 stars: ![]() ![]() Some GMC, don't think its worth a page, even if a fairly uncommon 1999-00 Denali: ![]() Alero? ![]() At the International UFO Museum in Roswell: ![]() Is it just me, or is this cruiser tuned? Two stars, well worth a page for me: ![]() |

Assuming the cartoonist added a lot of schnapps, sake, vodka and whiskey in his/her coffee, this could indeed vaguely be seen as a "cyclopean" 1959 Chevrolet Task-Force Apache 31 'Stepside": ![]() But only if we're all people with a very strong goodwill ![]() -- Last edit: 2016-10-05 04:22:36 |

Actually they are kind of rare nowadays, not really rare like a 1993-97 Infiniti J30 but still fairly rare. |
◊ 2016-10-05 08:12 |
Actually, this was what I had in mind: Link to "upload.wikimedia.org" '55 and '56 both lack the oval opening in the grille, '58 was a completely new style. |
◊ 2016-10-07 01:45 |
Your 4th thumb shows a front wheel arch which resemble a lot more to the one of a 1958-59 model, and the hood end emblem is clearly a 1959 only version. This said, the bed is coming from nowhere, as is the grille. So give it the model year you want, it's nothing but a non realistic and badly drawn truck ![]() |
◊ 2016-10-10 17:38 |
Finished episode 37. Only backgrounds this time - and more views of that Beechcraft: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() In the background the 1904 lightship "No. 83" hinting a Seattle location. Also, how come those motocross bikes from a few episodes back haven't been added yet? |
