Excellent series - at first seemed too low-key to be worth watching but gained momentum to become a must-see. Series 2 (4 parts) has been filmed and likely to appear May 2017, apparently to be shown complete on BBC iPlayer before getting TV broadcast. |

I also enjoyed it, Peter Kay never disappoints! I'm pretty sure a MkIII Escort convertible was used in one of the music video sequences. |

I've only listed the ones with a minor role. Filmed in the Manchester area. Loved it. |

There was a new episode, yesterday evening on BBC 1 (at 10PM, no less, bumping off the 10 o'clock news by half an hour). Unscripted too, but as Peter and Sian's interactions are often based on the music they hear on the radio, and Forever FM being a fictitious radio statio, either they were briefed about the playlist beforehand, and that gave the a solid foundation for the improv bits, or they weren't, but I have some doubts. The long-ish "Your song" segment seemed like an older bit cut from the edit, and reenacted to pad out this episode. |

Another new ep due for broadcast on 28-05-2018 - supposed to be a proper finale for S2 after the original cliff-hanger ending was severely criticised as a cop-out. And according to PK, there will be nothing afterwards ever. |
