Surprised this all time classic wasn't here yet. Note the movie is set in World War II but there are some post war cars in it.

 This is a good film of 2nd World War. It is a pity that the Jeep, some 1950's GMs and the Zephyr ( all post-war cars) were included).

 This is where Michael Caine (real name Maurice Micklewhite, yes really) got his stage name from! According to him, he wanted to be named Michael Scott but there was another actor with that name (no relation to the Dunder-Mifflin branch manager) so he kept Michael and, not even joking, looked at a nearby theater marquee and saw that The Caine Mutiny was playing and went with that!
