I still have the movie. I added one shot from inside the cabin. But there are no other views of the crane in the movie.

 How could the image looks so clear for a 1950s movie? Not even an early 90s Indonesian movies could look this clear...

 I can only agree! Filmed on 35mm Kodak Color Eastman with the best lenses available leads to enough basic data to to exhaust even today HD capabilities let alone german TV series of the 70ies.
