 Maybe it's just the fact that I'm been doing Soviet films lately, but the title sounds like an obscure Soviet vehicle producer :D

Murmanski Traktor Avtomobil i Furgon (something or other) Zavod, or MuTAFuKAZ for short. :)

P.S. although IMHO many animations series here are crap, this one seems at least halfway accurate.
