 One doubt ... If it is supposed to be a Dodge product placement... Why do they use the 1955 models and not the 1956 ones? The film was released in February 1956, making these Dodge cars obsolete.

 This was filmed during the summer of 1955. 1956 Dodges weren't out yet.

 The 1956 Dodge isn't all that different from the 1955 so it was probably not seen as a big deal.
