Je n'aime pas beaucoup ces suppressions de message, j'avoue. La prochaine fois, je vous laisse vous démerder tout seuls, messieurs les censeurs. To the va-dor who erased my comment/suggestion on format, this: next time, I let you (not) do the job all by yourself. I am asking for apologies, now. -- Last edit: 2015-11-05 17:57:12 |

Here you are the guilty. Well, it was just a message where you said that the ratio was a bit off: once fixed, the message became a bit unnecessary, didn't it? We usually delete that type of messages, same for mine. Sorry if this hurt your feelings. -- Last edit: 2015-11-05 18:19:46 |

Guilty, me? But you're at of your depth, Walter dear. [I'm watching now an old British comedy, excuse and undesrtand my language.] We now miss the written tracks of a format mistake and of its resolution (at least I do miss them, since I took the pain to write down in the post the first and new formats). Was it that difficult to put the 2 (two!) posts in archive? Or in the first place to let me choose to do the brushing-aside stuff by myself? I really really dislike the silent erasing of posts—furthermore when there was nothing offensive in them and, on contrary, something useful. Yes, useful, because, may I politely remind you that the "right format record" of the vadors (validating administrators) is not exactly first rate? |

This sounds like a discussion for the admin forum and not the general board. -- Last edit: 2015-11-05 19:15:11 |

Again, I thought that posts like yours were no more useful to keep (or archived) once fixed the pics. That's all. -- Last edit: 2015-11-05 19:32:59 |

And "please check the format of your pics, this ratio appears to give deformed images", is it reserved to "admin forum" or could this be useful for regular users and pics providers? Jerks. |

I'm seeing this discussion long time later, I don't really understand what's the problem with deleting comments that have absolute no "history" interest once fixed. Archiving is for keeping thing that have no interest for visitors but may be useful for reference/history. Can the above discussion be cleared? Or should it be kept as a souvenir? |

I think that reaction is caused by the fact sometimes comments with useful information suddenly disappears and nobody explains it (i've had comments of mine suddenly disappear randomly with no explanation) |
