Suspect it is one of these M-Ds - the most similar vehicle from the ones, they have on the linekd site, but also not perfect match IMO.

 The ladder is most likely a Mercedes/Metz DL26 from pre-war/wartime production: https://bos-fahrzeuge.info/uploads/20151205-Hauberstory-Teil-3/Bild-3-5.jpg

As far as it is known, none of the Magirus vehicles delivered in 1952 were assinged to Wroclaw. Warsaw, Cracow, Lodz and Katowice are the known locations.
