Thank you, Raul1983. It's an Electra alright, but the 225 is very special. It has an additional chrome moulding behind the front wheel opening, as on this one: /vehicle_127176-Buick-Electra-225-4829-1959.html I had to judge your car by the wheel covers. The Invicta had similar trim, but rode on a shorter wheelbase (a quality I am not able to judge well). Invicta wheel covers: http://www.gmphotostore.com/popup.asp?number=53217559 Electra wheel covers (more pronounced "crown-like" outer ring): http://www.autocenterusa.com/59buickelectra.html Cheers mate There was a Lassie (the dog) episode that aired Jan 10, 1960 called "The Space Traveler" that had Timmy finding a space capsule on the farm. Info from http://episodes.lassieweb.org/lassie06.htm When Timmy and Don accidentally release a guinea pig from an experimental rocket, they replace it with Timmy's guinea pig Alexander the Great. But the Army that suspects the guinea pig in the rocket—and therefore Timmy and Don—was exposed to deadly radiation. -- Last edit: 2007-10-18 14:13:40 |
