 I kind of screwed up on the title here, it should be Man Alive: The Bronx is Burning, 1972. Although it is part of the Man Alive series, it was listed on IMDB as the single episode and it's the only one I plan on doing if accepted.

 It's OK to have both titles in this situation. Happens a lot with BBC series where one episode/instalment becomes known outside its original slot. Man Alive was a long-running BBC umbrella for features, much as Panorama is today (example).
