Even if the child dies in infancy, they've still already had their one as the draconian rules say. A pair of rebellious parents enlist the help of a former US senator, played by Van Heflin, to help them escape to Canada. Similar premise to Z.P.G.: Zero Population Growth with came out the following year. Sponsored by the Chrysler Corporation and General Motors! Final screen appearance of actor Van Heflin, airing posthumously just over two months after he sadly died of a heart attack at only 62 Rest in Peace! Set in the not-too-distant future (next Sunday A.D.?) Airdate: October 5th, 1971
