2020 disaster movie based on the 1977 plane crash of the Convair CV-240 owned by legendary rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd (pronounced Len-nerd Skin-nerd). While 20 onboard survived, the crash sadly killed both the aircraft's pilots, Captain Walter McCreary and First Officer William John Gray, and four members of the band; founding member and lead vocalist Ronnie Van Zant, guitarist and vocalist Steve Gaines, backing vocalist Cassie Gaines (who was also Steve's older sister), and road manager Dean Kilpatrick. Many of the survivors were severely injured. Due to losing so many important members, Lynyrd Skynyrd's original incarnation ceased to exist, aside from a 1979 reunion with surviving members where the roles of the deceased were filled in with members of other band. Lynyrd Skynrd remained dormant until 1987 when surviving members of Lynyrd Skynyrd were joined by a member who had quit before the plane crash as well as the brother of Ronnie, Johnny, taking over as lead singer. This new iteration of Lynyrd Skynyrd remains active to this day. The title "Street Survivors" is taken from the band's final album before the crash, released just two days prior. I listened to that album while adding the cars and it's very good! My favourite songs were "That Smell", "One More Time" and "I Know A Little". The plane involved in the titular crash, oddly represented by a Douglas DC-3 instead of the factual Convair CV-240. The interior had a very band bus-like set up. Set over the week of October 20, 1977 |

Did you guess in these entries? Your years and model names weren’t correct on two I edited. Please don’t guess on things it’s better if you leave them unknown because then it’s easier for people to comment on them. |

I'll admit the limited views of those two were very much an issue. I will leave them blank in future times I cannot decipher the manufacturer. |

Such a shame. Also, I find it ironic that this happened in the same year as the infamous Tenerife disaster. |
