 @to all non-German speaking members: this movie is NOT the top of the German culture-history. It's embarrassing bullshit.

Yes, nice cars for the fan, but even the simple viewing is a pain in the a.. (and anywhere else, too).

The movie is with Gunther Philipp and a VW 411. Isn't there a scene, where he stuck with the car, opens the front hood, steam came out and he shouts "Oh, the cooling water is boiling" ??
If yes, this was my personal scene to decide not to watch any more these cheap early 70ies-junk-movies. I hoped to watch K 70ies, but I'm not able to endure this crap.
And I don't need to endure it - thanks to Ralph :beer:

 Everyone always mentions Manta Manta but never Manta - Der Film. Was it really worse just because they lost the bet?

 Manta Der Film came out BEFORE Manta Manta , so they won the bet , a brand new Porsche 911

but film wise Manta Manta is the slightly better one

 I'm not the most ardent admirer of German cinema, but if I had enough time on my hands at the moment, it might be possible to find at least one decent German movie from almost each year since 1946. There were even a few watchable movies from the country Ingo has a worrying obsession with.. :whistle:
