A real gem ,quite Rootes heavy even includes an interview with Brian Rootes himself telling us he does not need Italian Stylists ! Also includes unveiling of the new Triunph Herald with Giovanni himself and his strange teeth ! Testing seat belts in dangerous looking Fords . BMC and Rootes factory scenes. Nice add - I enjoyed it anyway. Have been idly pondering the LatL dvds, but won't venture into them for imcdb purposes. There's a few more BFi/CoI sets to mop up as and when - have got a couple in The To-Do Pile - but intend to continue with some of the BTF train stuff as my most imminent targets - have 6 of the 12(?) sets so will be busy for some time yet on these. |

It's the film picture quality of the Lal dvds I like , they are pin sharp. They are also a sad reminder of how healthy our manufacturing industry was in the 60's compared to today, but hey ho we are still one of the richest countries in the world, somehow ! -- Last edit: 2017-08-15 08:43:03 |
