@chicomarx: I love The Conversation too I can't pick one, there are so many great movies from '70s... The Driver, Dirty Harry, Duel, The Getaway, Manhattan, Network, Eyes of Laura Mars are among favorites |

Alan Arkin wasn´t baldy yet in those years, as he is baldy nowadays |

Nice clear pictures. My favorites from the 70's in addition to those already mentioned include French Connection I & II, The Outfit, The Mechanic, Bring me the head of Alfredo Garcia, Charley Varrick and Prime Cut. Also I have a thing for blaxploitation movies. Black Caesar, the Mack, Slaughter, Superfly and Trouble Man are among the best in that genre. Granted, I haven't seen all classic 70's films yet. |

Mine include Steelyard Blues, Vanishing Point, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Sometimes a Great Notion (with the last two based on superb novels by Ken Kesey which were even better than the films). |

"Other background vehicles" 1. Dodge A100 4/6/8. The pop-top Volkswagen camper may be of interest. I also see a 1967 Plymouth Fury (same lane as camper, behind the yellow taxi), a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro (next lane to the viewer's right), a 1965 Rambler Classic Cross Country wagon (roof rack visible, two cars back from where the Mercury Marquis changed lanes), and a 1967 Rambler Rebel (rightmost lane, behind the VW Typ 1) 11. 1969 Mercury Cougar & 1970+ AMC Hornet two-door sedan in the foreground 35. 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 & 1967 Plymouth Fury in upper right; to their left, red BMW? 36. 1962 Chevrolet Impala 37. The blue tractor trailer (Mack?) and the white car with the dual intakes at the base of the windshield both intrigue me |
