I'm surprised this hasn't been added to IMCDb yet. Filmed in Los Angeles.
I wanted to do this in HD, but this was never re-released on Blu-Ray.

Two-star Lincoln Continental that I didn't list because it was too out of frame during the whole scene:

Also the use of Fords and Chevys as squad cars was inaccurate because the LAPD used the Mercury Montego and Plymouth Satellite for 1970 and 1971 respectively.

The van looks to be a early-mid '60s (1963-1966) Ford Econoline Van/Ford E-Series Van. The Station Wagon is an import '65-'67 Datsun 411 Station Wagon.
