1974 TV biopic about Brooklyn Dodgers player Roy Campanella, detailing the 1958 car accident that left him paralyzed from the shoulders-down, ending his career but leaving Roy with a newfound appreciation of life. Through physical therapy, he did regain used of his arms and hands but remained wheelchair-bound for the rest of his life. Roy appears as himself at the very start and for the rest of the film is played by Paul Winfield.

Car action: 1957 Chevrolet crash and rollover, crash and minor explosion by 1959 Cadillac and 1958 Ford.

Airdate: February 22nd, 1974.
