 Well, Imdb can be caught wrong also (see the poster for the movie in the Imdb page).
Well, that's what I thought.But the right title is "The Lord's..." See the explanation found in Imdb's trivia:
"The title on screen is actually a shot of the back of the jacket of one of the gang members, and the ungrammatical "The Lord's of Flatbush" is exactly how it is rendered, to show that these guys may be lords of Flatbush, but they're not lords of English grammar."

 It just shows how far the greengrocer's apostrophe has spread! :)

But the fact that the posters (should that be poster's?) are grammatically correct reveals that even the production company wasn't entirely sure!

 The IMDB title is not grammatically correct at all (they've clearly made an error), there should be no apostrophe, the lettering on the movie poster is correct (listen to us native English speakers ;)).

Now I understand, it's a deliberate misspelling, like "The Pursuit of Happyness".

 I hesitate to suggest I upgraded this to HD since I've seen 8mm home movies looking better than the 1080p version of this movie...

Anyway, this is the movie without which there might not have been The Fonz. Ironically, while Henry Winkler did play such a type in this movie, he modelled Fonz after Stallone's character, not his own. Be that as it may, the only thing I liked about the movie was the soundtrack, made of period-sounding new original songs, not actual 50s hits (budget constraints, I suppose).

Before the guys drive off in the Packard, they have a go at some other cars, but they're not shown very well:

P.S.: IMDb has since updated the title to no longer include the apostrophe. The movie's title screen still has it, though.

"Orange thing" I think is a 1954 Pontiac.
