Dour miserablist BBC Scotland 6-part series being repeated on BBC4. Based on "classic" Aberdeenshire farming saga novels set from 1912 into WW1 years. Excruciatingly slow, but final ep was powerful and made the slog worthwhile.

The only vehicle action was this single entry from ep1.

Remade into a film in 2015 which was not quite so dour and miserablist, and being shorter wasn't as grindingly slow-paced, but its finale was much weaker. It was totally empty of vehicle action.
